Amazing vintage black culotte pants circa the 1990s. These are so wide that they really look like a skirt. Especially in the front. Flat waist in the very front, elastic in back. Pockets at both hips and tons of broomstick pleating. Label reads: Carole LIttle Petites. Says size 4, but do check the measurements below. Rayon Gauze.
